Yes, you may decorate, but the apartment must be returned to its original condition at move-out to avoid penalties.

Our property includes on-site maintenance, night patrol, Spanish-speaking staff, a fitness center, basketball court, playground, pool with a BBQ picnic area, laundry facilities, garages, off-street parking, flex payment options, and security deposit options.
The pool and deck areas are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Yes, parking permits are issued to residents once proof of vehicle registration is provided.
There are no in-unit washer and dryer hookups. We have two laundry facilities available on-site.

There is a $450 pet deposit and a $50 monthly pet rent.
